Well, I just thought that the girls population in the city shouldn't be the only gender that gets "sexually upgraded". Once the guys get their own "upgrades". Then, they can get it on with the sexy girls.

Oh, believe me, I know, I have a hard time thinking it'd only be given to/affect one gender... though my question is, does it turn males into himbos (no brain, big muscles, etc.) or bimbos (aka feminize) ?
Why does this story have so many dislikes? I mean, it can't be that bad, right? ...Right?
The big issue here is the redundancy.
"Hi, (character X)!"
"(character-appropriate reaction to changes)"

Repeat ad nauseam. It gets old after a while, and the breakneck pacing means there's little else to the story. I really hope what you have planned isn't just more of that with a bit more resistance from the newly infected.
I'll never understand the dislike I mean this a fetish story and people basically read these for the sex and to fap to something I mean sure porn with plot is good and would make the story better but still porn at the end of the day and honestly pleasure would be hard to resist even to the strong-willed.

Spell checker is your friend... and Applejack wasn't Applejack before being bimboed. (Augmented? Really? I challenge the notion of her using the word) It was certainly unexpected to have bimbo condition to be applied by kiss alone.

Misspellings (which are, admittedly, few and far between)
Repetitive plot developments (yes, they become bimbos... what else?)
Reading feels more like reading a rough draft of major plot points. (The image of them running around with almost grotesquely large ass and breasts in public is funny but that is me imagining and not the writing; the author drops the notion of panties and shorts/skirts popping as unimportant and feels as though he is just copying and pasting whole passages.)
No plot? Fine. How about porn? First chapter has more plot than porn...
