this was definitely a great choice for a crackship! i can see the potential here, with Tree Hugger's canonical ability to calm exotic creatures working well with kirin rages. it's nice to think of her thinking of it as a calling, as well.
one thing that stood out to me was that Tree Hugger is definitely a hippie, not a hipster!
