Prologue

"Dude, are you sure about this? I've never touched a video game ever in my life, I've always watched people play them but never touched them myself." a man, in his late teens, was sitting on his bed, looking at a box that hadn't been open with his address on it. The man's name was Jackson, a high grade student in his school who always had top grades. was in his pajamas on his bed talking to a friend of his over his cell phone, looking a bit bored out of his mind

"Come on man," the voice, a female one, said over the phone. "I know you've always been the great kid with very high grades, but you should really try to relax instead of always doing schoolwork everyday, all day." she said, causing Jack to sigh.

"You know my parent, they've raised me to be that type of person." he said as he lay'ed on his back staring at the ceiling. "Besides, what does this game insure, Alex?" he asked.

"Well, this game was based off a old cartoon franchise called My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic. This game is one of those MMORPG's where you create your character and create your own fantasy life there." Alex said, causing Jack to blink and sit up, looking back at the box.

"Wait, your telling me it's one of those games that takes a long time to grind just to level up with some of the same type of missions that can repeat over and over again?' he said, causing Alex to laugh over the phone.

"Oh no no no, they removed those types of boring quests and made it where there are no quests and to just create your own life on there." She said.

"I still don't know, I don't even know what type of character I should create, nor the class I should use." he said as he heard Alex giggle.

"Don't worry, they have a great player base who are very helpful to new players, they always have a moderator or very top player to help out with new player's with any questions they have." she said. "Besides, i'll be able to join you soon after I complete the test I have to finish." she said.

"Fine, I'll give it a test, just this once for you." Jack said as he stood up, walking over to his VR gear.

"Thank you Jack, and don't worry, I'm sure you'll love it, you could use some time to relax and ease your nerves." She said.

"Alex, time for your bath!" Another female voice was heard over the phone, causing Alex to sigh a little.

"Be right there mom!" she yelled "Got to go for now, but please give it a try and than tell me what your think. Besides I heard that they have a raffle going on where one lucky winner get's a specially made character and class that has never been used before. Anyway, good luck, have fun and see you soon." She said as there was a click as the call ended. Jack rubbed the bridge of his nose as he turned to the box. He walked over and opened it and sure enough inside was a game case with the words New Equestrian Online on the front of it. He takes it out and opens the case to take out a square cartridge. He grabs the helmet and inserts the game into it as he puts on the gloves and everything else.

"Well," He sighed as he places the helmet on his head. "Here goes nothing at least." He said as he turned the helmet on as it loads up the game, just as his phone went off with a beep, causing him to take it off and check it. He blinked as he got a message from the game creators.

"What the..." he muttered to himself as he opens the message.

"Congratulations on winning our raffle, enjoy your prize!" it said for the message as it really confused him. He scrolled through the message to see if it had anything else in it, but all it said was the congratulations on it.

"Huh, I didn't think I would win the raffle, so that's interesting." he said to himself as he puts the helmet back on, moving his gloved hands to push on the button and started the game as the world around him goes up in a white blinding light. He felt like he was falling as he opens his eyes to see his feet land on what looked like a large plaza like area. He looked around as he walked forward.

"Hello? Anyone here?" he asked looked around this plaza like are. Suddenly, there was a flash of light, causing him to wince and cover his eyes as he could make out a orb of light floating towards him.

"welcome, my little pony" A soothing females voice said as Jack's eyes widen in surprise as in front of him was a large equine like creature, about as tall as him, it's mane and tail flowing in a invisible wind, a large spiraled horn poking from her head and large wings resting on her sides.

"W-who are you?" Jack asked the equine in front of her, causing the equine to smile softly.

"My name is Celestia, i am the ruler of this world and the one to see which of my races you fit in said world." She said as a screen pops up in front of her as she looked a bit surprised. "Oh? This is interesting, it seems you are the winner of the raffle that the higher ups have gave out." she said with a little smirk resting on her face.

"Thing was, I never really knew that they had a raffle in the first place." Jack said the Celestia as she nodded.

"Well, there is one question that I need to ask you, are you ready to join in with the other's of my world?" she asked him. Jack let off a soft sigh as he rubbed the back of his neck.

"I was forced to play this game, so, might as well get it over with and try it out." He said getting another nod from Celestia. Her wings began to open and spread over the area, her horn glowing brightly, causing Jack to wince and cover his eyes.

"I hope you are ready to start a brand new adventure in my world little one." She said as Jack began to lift off the ground as a portal opens up underneath him. "Enjoy your fun!" she said with a small smirk on her face as he was dropped into the portal as everything became pitch black.

Hey everyone, i know what your think a little "Why am i creating a new story when i should be continuing the other ones or finishing them up." Well to answer that question, this story was stuck in my mind for a while and just needed to push this one out, and who know maybe with this i might be able to come back to finishing up more of my stories that have been in hiatus for a while, so please enjoy my stories while i try to come back.
