This is very good.
The idea of Aero Suspension is a good one. It gives her a reason for not being able to fly. And she has to take a medication for it, which is a nice touch.
My only comment is that the characters seem emotionally barren. Scootaloo treated AS like it was no big deal, and Pinkie didn't seem too much like her foster mother the way she treated her.
But overall, this is good stuff.

Not even my idea! It's from my favorite pony blog, postcrusade. Warning though, this blog, especially the Scootaloo story line, is not for the faint of heart. Real heavy stuff goes on with our favorite flightless pegasus.
