Tecnicly in both cases would it count as similer to someones heart stopping and getting revived quickly. also back to the topic of moon pregnency could it be that the moon is gonna have a magic baby through nightmare moons magic and the moons comming together to make a baby? Would it make more sense for the baby to be a normal moon that pops out the moon and orbits its mother or a pony that just comes into being like how twilight did after accencion?

For the heart thing, it's a rarity ( No pun intended ) for you to be revived like that. But yeah, that could work. But, I'm not a real doctor or anything. And I did saw a old 2017 horror movie ( Flatliners ) that is similar to the heart revived part.
And then again, this is fictional and give out "it's magic" as a dumb excuse. Even though I still think that there should be rules to magic itself and a little reality in them to make some sense to this.
As for the moon thing. That will be both confusing and weird if that happens. Even for the ponies and magic "standards". I still think Discord is onto this.
