Well, they'll be having an interesting "chat" with Princess Twilight, and boy, she's angry with them.
The CMC will also face consequences but I don't want to be one of the writers to give them even more severe punishments, that's I think sparing them and Rainbow Dash from going to jail, and the CMC being on house arrest seems punishable but not as worse as Gilda's.
Ofc, Rainbow Dash's rep is already gone when the CMC confessed to the whole school, and about the addresses of the students who submitted secrets, it's not addressed already but it's likely that Principal Celestia took care of that

Wow...I don't care what others will say, I find this to be...very in character of Twilight. After all the other countless stories I've seen where Twilight just yells at them and chews them out; showing no mercy, it's nice to see Twilight showing the Rainbooms that there is a chance to find the silver lining in this and that unlike Sunset; who at this point mind you all is not as experienced with friendship as Twilight is, she's not completely giving up on them yet.

Wall Flower if you put her in the story wonder what her role be, after what happened, I don't see her using the memory stone as before.
Hope she doesn't bad enough she erased memories even small stuff but shudders way too dangerous to use.
So I hope Sunset notices her and becomes friends also with Sci Twi if possible.

The first bit of sentencing makes sense, but as this case involves grevious bodily harm, only a jury can make a verdict. The judge is there to decide the sentence (unless this is a Diplock court). I also feel it necessary to point out that this section exposes a plot hole in Dainn's original story, namely Swift Order's claim that AaM is attempting identity theft. This charge would fall flat on its face in a court of law because the account never claims to be Sunset (a picture of Sunset as the avatar is not sufficient evidence; by that logic using an avatar of Sunset on this site is identity theft).
