Man, that's sad, great story tough

A good story, although it kind of ends just short.

I enjoyed the story, much more than I had expected, however I feel the need to"complain"about some things, but please treat them like constructive criticism:
-sometimes, there are some grammar mistakes, like"your" instead of"you're" and vice versa
-the premise is nice, even though it reminds me a little of"An apple sweet experiment".One nitpick here:they wanted to kill Pinkie, but didn't they care that she was an Element of Harmony?I would've been content with at least Twilight asking this question in the"Rarity" chapter
-also, what is that photo my dude??It serves no purpose for the story and it's creepy as hell

I do wish this had a sequel

Twilights' reaction to murdering Spike was unusually tame.

As someone with OCD, I am amused to discover that Twilight's potion just gives people the very same condition.

“Twilight, what are you doing?” Spike says, snatching the discards away. “These can go in the compost bin. We can reuse them in the garden. Throwing them in the trash would just be inefficient!”

The correct response is to point out that the time efficiency may be more valuable than material resource efficiency here

Clearly their value system has been corrupted somehow. What values are they optimising for?

Efficiency is just 'making optimal use of resources', but optimality is contingent on the value system at play. They seem to still value broader societal functioning, and material efficiency, but everything else has been stripped away? It never seems to occur to anyone that, e.g. positive experiences can be construed as a resource and subject to optimization in the same fashion.
