Fantastic story!
Right in the feels!
This is powerful story of morale or ethics- to choose a life over another, personally if I was him. I would have chosen my own family over some pony that I barely known for week yet their life doesn't outweigh others, yet I would choose same path that this stallion have chose as well.
He/I would have also to think about, what would my family member- whatever sister, brother would want me to do in that situation since they would be thinking same thing if they weren't selfish - to live my life out.
I applaud you sir, for giving this pony in this story a somepony to look forward to- namely Rainbow Dash.
This might be farfetched hope for me to ask you of this, would you consider doing one more chapter of what happens afterwards. Would both of them consummate their love for other, having a kid or anything? Would he ever get set free, put in under heavy watch of Elements of Harmony or something?
I can't think of anything else to say but I am putting this on my favorite list on my profile, you rightly deserve a watch/favorite and a thumbs up.

First the negative crits....there were two errors that I noticed...one spelling ( I cant remember where and I am to lazy to look for it again), and one grammar error where Nopony is delivering tickets for Dashie ( “Just take care of Rarity, Pinkie Pie, and Twilight, Spike, will ya?”) should have the "and" between Twi, and Spike.

Hits right in the feelers! and the moral dilemmas are epic! How can I sing the praise to this masterpiece? I can't, words fail me! Excellent use in emotion. Well developed OC character as well as good to keeping to the OG characters (At least the ones most interacted with). I have to second with Morfonious's request to add to this story line. Besides furthering the love between Nopony (I really, really, really want to know his real name {Blinding Flash maybe?}) and Dashie maybe we could see how Nopony gains redemption and freedom from incarceration? At any rate please do more for us to read, we should be so lucky!

What no! Octavia noo!!!!! Damn it I would have sacrificed Dash, or at least explained what was going on and try to convince her to lose. Also, the guard suck, they seem to be completely useless what type of force are you leading Shining Armor? A bunch of clowns?

As for Shining Armor, how many times did the Royal Guard succeed at anything during Discord, NMM, and the Changeling attack?

Hey there is a dragon sleeping and smoking up the place. Lets send a student, a weathermare, a baker, a vet, a seamstress, and a farmer. That's the ticket.
However,
I felt like the pacing could have been a little better, Nopony and Dash's feelings seem a bit out of no where and I felt like seeing more of the two's time together would have helped show more of where these feelings are coming from. But otherwise the story was very well written and really drew me in. (Had no idea it was 3am when I had finished it)
Very rarely do I come across a fanfic that involves an OC (eventually) falling for a member of the Mane 6 that I enjoy. Nice to see that it can be done.
You know which choice she has to make...but it does a good job of making sure to avoid a 'cheat'.
This is probably the first fanfic with an OC that falls for a canon character that I like. The OC is a bit Sue-ish, as what Mintyrest from Ponychan pointed out, but I'm more than willing to look past that.
It almost brought me to tears at some points, but that might be because I was listening to the Mass Effect 3 OST.

I finally found this story on this site.
I first read this story on fanfiction.net and became entranced by it because of the Nopony's struggle to make a choice between the life he knows and the life he wants to know. I loved how it finally played out how the Nopony found his way out of his lifestyle and a source of happiness but the losing Octavia part really saddened me. But my only complaint about this story is that there is no sequel or continuation that I know of. 
I hope that you find a way to continue this character maybe in a prequel of some sorts. I just want to really see more of the Equestrian Underground lifestyle and more of this assassin.

I have no number for the amount of tears I shed while reading this... There were a few grammatical and spelling mistakes, but the storyline and vocabulary used makes up for it ten-fold. Even more if possible. I applaud you for using my two favourite ponies, RD and Octavia, as two extremely crucial roles in this dark, yet happy tale about reality and it's difficult decisions. Also, (if this was intentional) great play of words in the title. As it suggests that no-pony is innocent, it also suggests that the NoPony is truly a hurt, misguided pony who only wanted the best for her loved ones. This story is unexplainable in the way it made me feel and how it affected my views on reality. Truly, this story is amazing...
I just re-read this... And I still cant change my opinion: Its a damn masterpiece. The story, the writing... Everything is incredible.

Sadly, I think I'll be leaving this story as it is right now. I am trying to work another story at the moment, but because of how busy I've been, I've placed little thought into it. I really appreciate you enjoying this story and wanting it to continue, but I don't know if I have it in me to continue fleshing out this world with this other story and real life on my plate. Though unlikely, perhaps one day I may change my mind. :)

Just re-read this after a couple of months... and it's still one of the best stories on this site.
Huh. I was honestly expecting something along the lines of "Hey Twilight, you're smart and you know who I am, how do we get out of this?" "Oh easy - we fake you killing Rainbow, magically tag Wind Catcher and Pierce's winnings with a tracer and delayed self-destruct spell, get Octavia back, and then go pick up the bad guys while Celestia freezes their legitimate assets."
"...oh, and by the way, we don't actually need you for any of that. BBBFF? All yours."
