Pretty good. It would be nice to see the alicorns returned after magic was returned.
This is nice -- a pleasant "Princess reunion" of sorts, together with an interesting take on where magic went and why. Plus Twilight learning to take on Celestia's traditional role as the benevolent, selfless demigoddess of the realm. The "solution" does appear a little risky (almost tough love, really), but it's true that ponies will more readily trust power that appears to come from their own actions, rather than from a higher authority.
