Given that Mr. and Mrs. Cake are practically Pinkie's parents since they see her as a daughter, which would make her practically Pound and Pumpkin's older sister, wouldn't that make them his aunt and uncle, though?

No sequel planned unfortunately.
And y'know, one thing I am terrible at is family trees. So I've gone ahead and replaced any Cheese-sided references to Pumpkin and Pound with more generic terms. It's up to the viewer to determine the degree of incest present. I'll note for the future to clear all this up before publishing next time, though - not the best look for me to still not know when I post, heh.
For the curious about the first few comments below here: I was a dumb and forgot how family trees work. I'll try not to let it happen again.

I wouldn't worry about it. Incest in horses is not the problem it is for humans. They have more diverse gene sequences.

The degree of incest present is the most important one: cakecest.
This was a fun bit of lewdness. The Cake twins are always good fodder for this kind of story, and Cheese also seems pretty popular in that category, so it makes sense to put them together. There are hints at a more relaxed attitude toward lewdness, which would be neat to explore in follow-ups. Maybe not a sequel, but a story set in a similar universe.
