Thorax's pov:30 minutes after the declaration of war

Why would Cadence do this she was always so kind-hearted and Nephrite may have been A pacifist like me but she's not dumb, she would of at least Brought a couple of guards along with her, something about this just doesn't add up

Now that I think about it, wouldn't the equestrian government announce that the changelings were still alive and report any suspicious activity knowing how Celestia would only accept hard evidence that Chrysalis and Nephrite died even if her niece said that they were both dead she would need the bodies, maybe I'm just overthinking this but at least one person has to consider another viewpoint other then Chrysalis, since ever great leader can have flaws in ut hell even metamorphosis had flaws now and then

2 weeks after the declaration of war

Why does pharynx intent on becoming a soldier, he might have always wanted to be one but the fact that he's trying to get me to become one is strange considering he's never done it before, actually why are so many people becoming soldiers now it makes no sense, we have always kept to the shadows, maybe?

"Drone what do you think you're doing inside the Barracks," A deep voice said I turned to see who it was and I regretted it immensely standing there was high commander Scorpion the only person who the hive feared and respected other than the Queens

"Sorry I must have taken A wrong turn trying to find the dining hall, "I say weakly and apologetically as he stares daggers at me

"You are lucky you one of my best soldiers brothers or I would pummel you just don't let it happen again understand," Scorpion said fricely

"Yes sir," I said while shaking and studding between words as I followed where he pointed I heard something from the Queen's room I put my ear against the door to hear what she was doing and I instantly felt was an invasion of privacy when I heard her crying and speaking in a voice that sounded so small and weak unlike the might voice that she usually had

"Why didn't you just accept the policy, you wouldn't have to of died for no reason" I heard chrysalis say while stuttering and with her voice cracking before I heard her get up at which point I ran as fast as I could to my room

What did she mean by that, she didn't say anything about cadence talking about a policy why the only policy that has been getting talked about is the Impersonation policy which Chrysalis supported I thought as all the dots in my head connected at once she the reason Nephrites gone not the Equestrians, she lied to us, but no one will believe me if I come out and say, the Queen would have me killed just like she did to her sister maybe when I can, I could leave to Equestria and warn them maybe but for now best for me to lie low just in case
