I read the first sentence of the description and immediately knew this was a skirts' fic.
Given the package of tropes/fetishes included and the ones which commonly accompany them, I have to wonder: is this MommyDomme Fluttershy, or MommyDomme Futashy?
This went a different direction, as expected, but the first third to half of the story, especially here
cross-polinated in my mind with Tomie to put a wholly new and far darker spin on the available creepiness (Tomie of the horror mangaka Junji Ito; specifically, Painter).
