During a visit to the human world, Princess Twilight Sparkle was taught some of the basics of how the internet works by her human counterpart. She planned to have a field day surfing the web to learn more about her human friends' world.
However, thanks to luck and previous activities, Princess Twilight was led to a "mature" website. Being born a pony and raised in Equestria, she didn't understand the true gravity of what she was seeing. Worse, none of that boded well for the human Twilight...

That is an idea I had a few thoughts about writing. if I do, I might either have another pony (Like Fluttershy or Rarity) be the one to find themselves shipped with all their friends and more. I could do it with Twilight, but she's a bit too easy a pick, and I'd like to use a character other than Twilight this time, since she's been a main focus in a lot of my more recent stories. Another idea I gave thoughts to was to write an anthology that has each mane 6 member & maybe more reacting to their ships.
I haven't seen that map yet, but I figured there'll be a lot of new places, and maybe some of the places in G4 being very different in G5. Imagine Ponyville, a town built from earth ponies and doesn't have any real advanced technology in G4 being some high-tech city in G5.

It may happen, but I think that Princess Twilight may have a bit more presence of mind about that and the fact that other world ponies are functionally low intelligence animals.

How much Princess Twilight gets human feeling like being embarrassed about being others naked (especially if they don't know them) is kinda up in the air, at least in my opinion. Sometimes pony characters in fanfics are treated like humans in pony bodies rather than sapient ponies, so I usually try to avoid doing that in my stories. How Princess Twilight acted in this story is more or less what I came up with. She did know (but not understand) it's taboo for humans to show themselves naked, so seeing what website confused her and make her wonder if it was actually true for all humans. Though the whole (her feeling more and more attracted to guys was more for laughs, but how Princess Twilight's first on-screen crush was on the human Flash Sentry can make you wonder if gaining a human pony really did have a permanent effect on her in canon...
As for how much she knows about ponies on earth, or whatever the EQG world is called, I personally would imagine that (at least during this story's timeline) she knows ponies there aren't like Equestrian ponies and definitely aren't as intelligent, but she didn't know they might just up and fuck each other, as long as the mare is in heat and thus allows it, so it shocked her to see it without warning. Although you could make the case that she really wouldn't think much of it, if Equestrian ponies have a more "pony" view on sex. In which case, I accidentally broke my own rule about not have Equestrian ponies act like humans in pony bodies, and oops

Well the reaction to humans might be well explained by the fact that humans from a practical point of view are ALWAYS in heat, so if you subscribe to the idea that ponies instead have a cyclical nature of hormones pushing sexual desire that may throw them off when in human bodies. My main point is that I would guess that she should be used to what you can call documentaries [even if in book format for example] and also being in a rural community be more used to less intelligent animals rutting [i.e. pigs, dogs, cats] so the reaction especially the "you don't even know that ponies" may be strange, because ok the first shock at seeing something like indecent exposure, but then she would remember that she is getting to watch barn animals ^^;;;
[On another hand there is the other possible point of "real" ponies being QUITE uncanny valley for Equestria ponies what with the eyes that are small and on the side of the head, the exaggeratedly thin legs, huge barrel and fundamentally wrong proportion all around ^^;;;]

Probably, and I can imagine that the first time she saw a pony in a book or something, she had a shock at how different they looked. Then again, ponies in the EQG world may look the same as Equestrian ponies. Given Sci-Twi's and human Rainbow's reaction the first time they were in Equestria, EQG ponies and Equestrian ponies probably look the same, even if they would act more like ponies in our world.

I've re-watch that video a bunch of times. It still gives me a laugh.
That was even a reason why I will probably prefer to use a different character than Twilight if I were to write a story with somepony learning about our fanfics and fanart. Twilight's one of my favorite characters to use in stories and that video gives a hint on how she might react. But what about Rainbow Dash or Applejack?
