I like that the end of the story is ambiguous. It is unlikely but still possible that Adagio is luring Spike to his death, as her base nature tells her to do.

Story was awesome and hot as hell with a babe like Adagio. My only small issue is that, you never explained what happened to Sonata, she just was there one minute and then she just disappeared. A minor issue but still fantastic to read. 9/10
