A relaxing day at the park
It was a lovely morning in the city where the Harmony Girls lived.
Pinkamena Diane Piper, or rather Pinkie was at her home, packing up a picnic basket full of sweet treats. “Pinkie, what are you doing?” Asked
Amber Daisy Piper, Pinkie’s dull older sister. “I’m packing a picnic basket for my day at the park with my friends!” said Pinkamena as she put 6 brownies in her basket. After a few seconds, she picked up the basket and zipped off on her bike. Her little stuffed gator was also sitting on the front basket of the bicycle.
Titania Venus Starling was riding her big brother’s car to the park with a bag full of books and an iPad. Her pet parakeet Alouette was perched on her shoulder.
Aurelia Ruby Saffron was at her home packing up some shuttlecock stuff in her big blue sports bag. A little turtle, Tank was sitting in the basket in front of her bicycle. As she was biking at full speed, she heard the voice of her friend Suzanne Louis who was on her scooter. “Hey! Aurelia!” called Suzie. “Hiya Suzie! What’s up?” asked Aurelia. “Mind if I come with you?” “Sure Suzie!”
Hyacinth Iolite Topaz, or rather Cynthie as her friends call her, was at her home packing safety gear, and pretty dresses for everyone even after Sophie Belle Topaz, her younger sister told her that it was just a casual park day. But, as usual, Cynthie overly exaggerated it. Opalescence, the big grumpy cat was dragged into Hyacinth’s basket as she walked off to get her bike.
Jackulin Applegate was also packing a big picnic. But with a lot of apple related stuff. Jackie also took her pet collie Winona along. Her little sister Azalea Beryl Applegate also came along, so their older brother took them both to the park on his pickup truck. He himself had to meet up with his old classmate, who was Twilight’s older brother.
Felicia Summers brought lots of pet items like a pet bathtub, pet food, pet grooming tools, pet toys, and of course, her pet bunny Angel. She decided to walk because her house was near the park.
The girls were all at the park.
“Hey girls! Why don’t we set up our picnic over here? I brought lots of cool stuff over! Board games, snacks, and all that!” said Pinkie, pointing to a nice place on the grass with no bugs.
“Good idea! Race you there!” said Aurelia and started running.
The others started running behind her. Jackie overtook Aurelia there. “I win!” called Jackulin and cheered a bit.
Once all of them were seated, Pinkie brought out a delicious dessert, and Applejack brought some apple pie and sandwiches.
The girls all had a nice snack. A peanut butter and Nutella sandwich, and some chocolate chip cookies.
After snack time, Hyacinth and Titania played a game of badminton against Aurelia and Pinkamena. The latter didn’t seem to have a chance against Hyacinth’s pro badminton skills. After a big match, Cynthie and Titania were celebrating their victory with a brownie and soda. “Good game girls!” said the losing team and went to play a game of fetch with the pets. Jackulin and Felicia were already there with their pets. After a few hours of snacking, chatting, playing, reading, gaming, blogging on their park day, and napping, it was 5 PM, and time to go home. The girls all said their byes and left for home.
