" You see after me and the girl's were expelled.........................................." Sweetie Belle said as she began her backstory.

Last year

After our expulsion was given my parent's and Rarity were just as furious at me, my mother berated me for acting so cruel and ruining an innocent girl's life out of some petty jealousy which went against what she taught me about proper behavior. My dad just stayed silent and gave me the most disappointing look in his eye's and I didn't really blame him or mom I was so cruel to you, and Rarity was the most furious at me for not only wrecking her friendship with Sunset, her reputation, but spreading her darkest secret that I took out of her diary about her little "accident" at OliveGarden . Not only did she destroy all the dresses she made for me she also up and slapped me when I tried to apologize to her and honestly I deserved it even if it wasn't to hard of a slap. After that I just locked myself in my room and refused to come out not wanting to face the people I hurt. The next day after Scootaloo was sent away to Philadelphia my folks announced that they were sending me out of the state too and were gonna enroll me into a boarding school in New York City and that I would live with my aunt and uncle. I was upset at this decision but I knew better than to argue. And what's worse Rarity was on board with the decision as well as she wanted nothing to do with me, It broke my heart knowing my sister doesn't want anything to do with me anymore. The next day I packed up my things getting ready to start my new life in New York, as we got to the airport my family dropped me off at the terminal. before I entered the terminal I tried one more time to apologize to Rarity but she just told me to scram which I "happily" obliged. I said nothing more and just made my way to the terminal depressed. As the plane took off I wasn't the least bit thrilled to see my aunt and uncle as they're not exactly the nicest people in the world, and honestly I don't blame my dad for not speaking to his brother for years or barely inviting them to family events. As soon as I arrived at their home instead of a warm greeting they just dragged me to their guest room (which only had a bed and a lamp) and told me not to bother them until dinner, I collapsed on the bed all gloomy wishing that this was all a bad dream. The next day my aunt dropped me off at the boarding school known as Young Masters Academy, but as I got out of the car I was shocked as it was nothing like the pamphlet mom showed me and looked more like a prison. And so I officially started my first day at my new school, when I walked inside It was a horrendous sight to behold. Most of the windows had bar's around them, security cameras all over the hallway, the lockers looked like bank vault's, and don't even get me started on the dress code. The only thing normal in this school was the dorm's, but when I met her I knew better than to live inside the school. Scarlett Blossom was her name mean, tall, popular, a queen bee, and a rich snob just like the other student's I was still shocked and terrified that she was the same age as me. She, her boyfriend, and her cronies practically ran the school with an iron fist, she was 10 times worse than your old self.

" Uh no offense" Sweetie bell said nervously thinking she offended Sunset.

"No non taken" Sunset replied with a slight chuckle before ushering Sweetie belle to continue.

Anyways, many of the girl's feared her as she and her friend's had many connections with the students and even the staff and were pretty good at hiding it from Principle Neighsay. During first period I was "lucky" enough to meet her face to face and she and her posse were quick to mock and judge me for my attire as my aunt and uncle were too cheap to buy the school uniform so I had to stick with my usual attire. All day I was ridiculed, bullied, given snarky remarks on my appearance, and during lunch Scarlett's boyfriend tripped me as I was looking for a table and I landed face first on the hard ground. Everyone just laughed not caring that I had a small gash on my forehead. After that I skipped lunch and just sat in the nurses office as she treated my wound which I lied about what really happened and just said that I bumped into a wall. As I got home I just stayed silent for the rest of the day even during dinner. My aunt and uncle didn't even ask about my head injury or if I was alright, after dinner I just went straight to bed. I tried texting Rarity but after 20 minutes I just gave up and went to sleep. The next day I thought it would be different, but boy was I wrong. The bullying continued as Scarlett and her peer's continued to harass me, even when she wasn't with them that didn't stop any of them from messing with me. It made me wish that Scootaloo was here cause she would beat the living crap out of Scarlett despite her height, but i knew I was on my own as I knew my aunt and uncle wouldn't be of any help. This went on for days and month's as Scarlett and her friends continued to trip, mock, ridicule, talk behind my back, vandalize my locker with jokes and threat's, and steal from my backpack. This drove me completely crazy and each day I phoned home begging for them to let me come back, but each time my parent's refused and told me to not let them get to me which wouldn't be as easy. Then after 4 1/2 months of bullying and taunting, I finally snapped at Scarlett and her peer's latest scheme. When the school day ended I was ready to just head home and put this whole day behind me, but then suddenly this cute guy walked up to me. He told me that I was the prettiest sophomore he ever laid eyes on and that he felt bad for me at how Scarlett and her peer's treated me and asked if I wanted to see a movie with him this weekend, I felt happy to know there was a person in school who felt bad for me. But before I could say yes I noticed him give a nod to someone but before I could question about it this other guy walked up behind me and pulled up my shirt in front of everyone. Then the boy laughed and told the other guy who was revealed to be his friend good job and that it was easy money, that's when I knew the whole thing was set up by Scarlett and that she payed them to do this. Then the boy and everyone in the hallway laughed, hooted, and took pictures as the other guy continued to lift up my shirt, I continued to struggle out of his grip, no one tried to help me they just continued to take pictures and laugh at me. Then Scarlett walked towards me with an evil smile and said to me "Nice bra shrimp, but blue is so not your color". After her remark I finally broke free from the other guy and ran away from the crowd as they continued to laugh. Before I knew it I ran into one of the bathrooms and locked the door and broke down in one of the stalls quietly cursing my body for making my breast's develop this year, I have never felt so humiliated in my life I wished that Rarity was here to comfort me and give me a hug but I knew I no longer had anyone thanks to our stupid Anon a Miss plan. After crying for like an eternity I looked at my phone to find that it was 8pm. I was shocked realizing that I've been crying for hours, I soon collected myself and made my way out of the bathroom all while checking to see if some of the staff went back home or if the live in student's went back to their dorm's. I signed in relief knowing the coast was clear and made my way thinking about how long my aunt and uncle were gonna ground me for coming home five hours late. But as I made my way to the entrance door the horrible images of the event's i've been through these past 4 1/2 months began to play in my head from Scarlett's bullying, the insult's, backtalking, trippings, mockings, and the hallway incident that transpired earlier. Instead of making my way out I just made my way towards the science lab with a blank expression on my face, I grabbed a scalpel from one of the tables and made my way toward's the locker room. When i got in I sat at one of the bleachers with the scalpel in my hand and began to run it across my wrist while quietly weeping " I'm sorry" over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over.................................................................................................

Back to the present

As Sweetie bell continued to say "over" tear's began to form i her eyes as she reminisced at that awful day until she just said nothing and just broke down. Sunset's heart broke into a million pieces at the fact that Sweetie belle went through so much pain during her stay in New York and how those awful student's drove her to hurt herself just like Scootaloo. Sunset then walked up from her seat and brought Sweetie belle into a comforting embrace which she was quick to return and cried on her shoulder.

"Shhhhhhhhhh, It's ok Sweetie bell, It's ok" Sunset said sadly as she gently rubbed Sweetie belles back as she continued to cry on her shoulder, seeing their friend in this state brought Flash and the others in tears as well at the thought of their friend going through so much pain while quietly cursing at Scarlett and those monsters for their harsh treatment of her. After a few minutes Sweetie bell calmed down before speaking again.

"Thank you Sunset I needed that" She sniffed.

"It's no problem, I had no Idea you went through so much pain I'm so sorry" sunset replied sympathetically.

" It's alright Sunset" Sweetie belle replied still sniffing. " I kind of des.........

"DONT" Sunset sternly said.

" DO NOT FINISH THAT SENTENCE" She continued in a stern tone. " You did not and I repeat not deserve all of that. Listen Sweetie bell It's like I said to Scoots hurting yourself is never the answer, no matter what you've done don't ever and I mean EVER think that you need to punish yourself for your crimes. What those girl's did to you wasn't your fault, you did not deserve all that. They're the ones who deserve to suffer for their crimes not you, so don't blame yourself for what happened to you last year cause it wasn't your fault"

"Well, actually Sunset" Sweetie bell said slowly wiping away her tears . " My story does have a silverlining as well" Sweetie bell then continued...................................

As I was about to cut my other wrist a security guard walked in and saw the whole thing. So she quickly grabbed the scalpel from me and placed a towel around my wrist to stop the bleeding, a moment later she brought me into the nurses office who treated my scratches. Luckily the scalpel wasn't as sharp so there wasn't any permanent damage, a few minutes later Principle Neighsay walked in after being informed about what had happened from the security guard and he asked me what happened and why i was still in school as I didn't live in one of the dorm's. After a moment I finally broke and told him everything about how Scarlett and her friends have been treating me these past 4 1/2 month's and what happened to me in the hallway. After I finished my story he gave me a hug apologizing for not realizing all this, after that he let me spend the night at one of the empty dorm room's and phoned two people. First he called my aunt and uncle and lied saying that I had an accident in gym and had to spend the night in one of the dorm's until I felt better and my aunt and uncle bought it as they weren't the brightest people, and then he phoned my family to let them know what had happened and how I was treated and they were quick to say that they'll come right down tomorrow. After making the calls he and some of the security guards checked the security camera's and found all the evidence they needed to bring Scarlett, her friends, and the student's in the hallway to justice. The next day he held a mandatory meeting for all the student's after 2nd period. During the assembly he berated not only Scarlett but everyone in the hallway for taking picks and laughing instead of helping me and that they should be ashamed of themselves and showed the security cam footage on the projection screen as proof of the crime, after a 20 minute lecture on bullying the student's who took pic's were suspended and their parents ( who were also in the audience) and some of the security guard's confiscated their phones. Luckily they haven't posted the pics online yet which was a relief for me. He then told Scarlett that he would announce her punishment personally after school, after their phones were taken away and punishments were given he made some strict new rules stating that all electronic devices were now banned on campus and that they now had to use the corded phones in their dorms to contact their families and to use the computers in the library from now on. Most of the student's were even sentenced to a week on dorm arrest with their assignments sent over to them. Once the assembly ended many of the student's cursed at Scarlett due to the hallway incident being her bright idea and so her friends and boyfriend abandoned her for the new unfair rules that were given and for getting them suspended and placed on dorm arrest, after that Scarlett just left without saying anything to anyone . Many of the student's walked up and apologized to me saying that they didn't know I was hurt so badly and that the felt bad for not doing anything to save me and they hoped that I would find it in my heart to forgive them someday and they walked away sad. I didn't say anything but I appreciated the apology and smiled a little, As I was about to make my way to class I was surprised to find Rarity and my parent's waiting for me at the entrance and they were quick to bring me into a group hug. Rarity then apologized for slapping me and for acting so cruel not knowing I've been through so much pain after Anon a Miss and begged me for forgiveness. But instead I asked for forgiveness for starting this Anon a Miss incident in the first place and that I didn't mean to hurt her or Sunset, with that Rarity and my parent's were quick to forgive me and we all embraced each other knowing that we were still a family and nothing would ever change that. Once the hug ended my mom announced that she had cancelled the rest of the school fee's and that they were taking me home immediately, I jumped for joy knowing that I was finally going home. Before we left the school I thanked Principle Neighsay for the help and he said that he was glad that I was ok and that he was gonna turn the school around and make it a much safer place. We then said goodbye to him as we drove off but not before Scarlett called out to me that she will get her revenge someday. We then made our way back to my aunt and uncles to collect my stuff. When we got out of the car my dad up and slugged my uncle in the jaw and my mom slapped my aunt 5 times in the row cursing them for turning a blind eye at the abuse I went through for 4 1/2 months and forbid them from contacting or going near the family. After that I packed up my thing's went back to the car and we drove off not bothering to look back at my aunt or uncle who were still on the ground groaning in pain. During the ride to the airport Rarity hugged me and wouldn't let me go and she said to me " I love you Sweetie bell, no matter what horrendous thing you've done that's not gonna stop our bond as sisters. But promise me next time you'll talk to me about your problems instead of going through my diary" After that I promised and held her as well happy to have my big sister back into my life and that I was finally welcomed back home.

Present

" So yeah that's that for me" Sweetie belle said as she wrapped up her story." After we arrived back at the terminal of Canterlot I received a text from applejack explaining that Apple bloom got into an accident back at Texas but that she was receiving treatment and would make a full recovery but had to be on crutches for a while afterwords. Then I spotted Scootaloo coming out of another Terminal and we were quick to embrace knowing the gang was all most reunited, then a few day's alter bloom came home and we were all happy to be back home safe and sound"

As she finished Sunset couldn't help but feel happy that her friend was alright and that Scarlett and her aunt and uncle got what they deserved.

"I'm glad your alright Sweetie belle" Sunset said with a smile before heading back to her seat.

"Thank's sunset" Sweetie bell replied. " And listen I know me and the girl's hurt you badly so whatever your verdict is after this I'll except it and do my best to make it all up to you"

After hearing her response Sunset smiled proudly at the young sophomore more taking responsibility for her actions. Sweetie belle then took a sip of her Chai tea and reached for a glazed donut as sunset stared at the last girl of the group.

"Guess that leaves you now Bloom" Sunset said to her. However bloom just sat there nervously while taking a sip of her iced apple spiced latte.

"Uh Sunset, Bloom doesn't really like talking about what happened down in Texas" Silver spoon said calmly defending her friend.

"No" Bloom replied." It's alright Spoons.

"Are you sure Bloom?" Spoons asked.

"Yes I am" She replied. " It's like you said to me I can't run away from my problem's anymore , It's time I faced them and spoke my mind, no more running away"

As Bloom made her little speech Both Sunset and spoons looked at her proudly, Sunset then ushered her to go on.

"Here's how I went down sunset" Bloom said as she began her story...........................................................

Blooms the only one left folk's, let's see how her side goes down. I gave a warning note for this chapter as it contained some dark themes even though I written the themes in the tags, I wanted to give some of the sensitive viewers a heads up for how the chapter goes as I don't want to tramatize anyone.

Anyway's I hope you guy's are enjoying the story so far and I should have the final page by either this week or the first week of june. until then I'll see ya later ladies and gentleman

I found it rather hard to read the flashback portions, not because of the subject matter, but because they are basically huge walls of text that just blend together.

Good for you, but guess what? Im not you. I do believe in second chances but this isn't the second chance, this is like the 3rd or 4th. I would've been willing to forgive them before the memory stone incident, but what they did only underline the core problem with their behavior. That they are too chicken shit to own up to their mistakes and would rather sweap them under the rug. Eventually someone has to say enough and break the cycle. How sunset is acting is not realistic and thats why im calling bullshit. At the very least she be a luttle more hesitant to forgive the girls, showing them that what they did was still not okay. This story would be way better if we got to see sunset debating with herself and compemplating whether or not she should forgive them. If she wants to forgive them fun, but also let them know that because of this incident and their cowardice, their friendship and relationship in the case of flash wont ever be the same as it once was. Cause guess what, forgiveness is something that must be earned.

I figured that the flashback sequence would have been better displayed as a whole instead of dividing it up, apologies if it was a little hard to read. Like I said writing fic's isn't my forte as I am a bit rusty at typing up stories

Alright, and i apologize if i was a bit harsh with what i said. I was just mad because i felt the girls and flash got of way to easy, and suset forgiving them happened way to fast. Honestly i was expecting sunset to be at the very least disappointed with the girls and flash's cowardice. Honestly pre alicorn twilight said it best, "friendship isn't always easy, but its always worth fighting for", or something like that. Maybe sunset could tell them something like "im not mad about what happened, im just disappointed that you guys would try to hide it all and act like nothings wrong. I more than anyone else wanted to just move on from the anon a miss fiasco and maybe in time i would've forgiven you. But after what you did at camp everfree, i don't even know if i should waste my time. Just... leave me alone and give me time to think." I'm mean, its not the best, but it certainly feels more like something a real human being in the thralls of inner turmoil would say.

it was hard enough to accept Sunset forgiving the girls so easily, all you need to add was them running through a field of flowers going LALALALALALALALALA. crap bit.
Only bit i liked was why Sunset freaked out and reacted the way she did.
How she acted and why made sense........

But the forgiving them so easily still stinks.

But no that wasn't the worst bit. The Bit on forgiving Flash........................ there no emote to express how i feel, and it so hard not to say words about it even now.
I know what to compare what he did but i refuse to as I'm hoping I'm over thinking it! I really do.

But again it still stinks and feels so...unrealistic and stupid....sorry just how I feel.

the rest of the story si good, it's shocking and tragic, but at least things work out.
