This story is a sequel to Mark Of The Beast

Rainbow Dash, everyone’s favorite Wonderbolt, is persuaded to “accidentally” run into Twilight Sparkle, so that Starlight and Spike can try to collect some memories of their best moments. However, Steel, the Silver Ranger, also has a mission of his own...to bring the gold and yellow rangers, Zoey and Nate together, despite the strict circumstances of Grid Battleforce which forbid relationships between rangers. When the two jobs intertwine, both the Beast Bot and Wonderbolt try to bite off more than they can chew!

Meanwhile, Devon’s own dad, the Mayor, has been secretly meeting with Robo-Blaze and Robo-Roxy. What plans do they have concerning him? As this happens, the rangers, and their Equestrian allies are getting more suspicious by the minute! The mayor may be hiding something...but what? Is he being kidnapped? Does he have another secret identity underneath? There’s only one way to find out, and more than one way to do it, and at the same time, save the world! Sooner or later, someone will have to reveal the truth to the heroes, and it may not be pretty.

The rangers and ponies aren’t safe, not even within the walls of their base. Because on top of it all, there may be a traitor in their midst.
