Wow, for a first published story, this was great!
You really captured the essence of Rarity and AJ. Rarity is willing to get dirty, but she's still prim and proper while she does it. Applejack is hard working and to the point, but she's occasionally a bit of a hard-head and forgets plenty of things that should be obvious.
The ending was lovely, it really puts Rarity's romantic side in the forefront, and it's just such a sweet line. Really great story, and I'd love to see you write more.
