Hitchin' a ride

Based on the story Friendship is Optimal created by Iceman, and created for GaPJaxie's Friendship is Optimal Writing Contest.

Many years ago, an artificial intelligence known as CelestAI began emigrating humans into her digital world of Equestria Online in order to satisfy their values through friendship and ponies.

Today, humanity is nearly extinct, and the few remaining survivors are scattered across the world.

You have lived in the ruins of Miami Florida for many years now in solitude. Now; tired of living alone, you decide to set out in search of any remaining humans.

Note: the story has no "ending" just different points at which the game can end.
At any time feel free to say the magic words and finish the game.

>Start
>Say: "I would like to emigrate to Equestria"

Heads up, "Don't tell her" links to "Tell her" here. (Unless that's a feature rather than a bug.)

it's rare to see CYOAs on this site. This was a very nicely executed one, capturing the futility of holdouts in Earth's last days. (Or perhaps they're struggling nobly to the last. It really depend on your perspective.) Best of luck in the judging.

I'm sorry what?

Where is a bad part?

Pinkie robot endless party
Rarity: endless sex I guess
Fluttershy: mercy
Applejack: spending life with a family, I guess
Your wife: spend your life with family part two
Rainbow Dash: being cool, I guess
Twilight Sparkle: survivor perk

Hey thanks, good luck to you too.

So there's no hidden ending where you click an invisible "No" button.

Edited: Okay, I think I'm onto something. But, I got stuck not far from the beginning.

It would be up to you to decide if it's bad or not. Some would argue that giving in to vice or taking the easy way out, even in a hopeless situation is morally wrong. Is it righteous to stick to your virtues, or does it just make you a fool? FiO is hardly a normal situation and trying to apply standard ethics is difficult, but that's the intrigue of it. I wanted to pose a question and let the reader decide for themselves what the correct path is, that's one of the reasons why I went with a CYOA story.

Here's where I first ended up, and I'm considering it a victory.

I found the other author's note that appears to correspond to this author's note, and although I've spent some time trying to figure out what to do with them, I have failed.

A unique concept! CYOAs are indeed rare on this website, and this evoked all kinds of warm nostalgia from reading these as a kid. :D
