Well, the symbiotes are kinda known for feeding off some of the nutrients of their host, like how Venom once did with Eddie Brock in the comics, but even so, the symbiote keeps their host alive.

And considering this is Sci-Twi, I think we all know why she's still alive, despite the lethal temp.
