In the next chapter, I'd try and make it about Kai Chisaki experimenting with his powers or "Quirk". I'd also try and put off him finding out about how corrupt his Equestria until the 3rd or 5th chapter, just so he doesn't rush into the Absolute Overhaul.

I feel as a character Overhaul was limited heavily. He could gain many benefits such as practically instant regeneration just by modifying himself a bit. If his quirk could control air he could just throw his disembodied hands at people. Even just copying the biology of those around him would be helpful for a multitude of reasons (magic, blending in, durability, etc, etc). I look forward to where this story goes. But I would recommend a editor/beta reader to catch spelling errors you miss

I've got an idea, try and make the next chapter about Kai Chisaki learning about Pony biology and magic so he can try and integrate the ability to use magic into his body.
Plus I don't see how any creature stands a chance against Overhaul, seeing as he can instantly kill them with just a scratch. In the My Hero Academia manga and Anime I feel like Overhaul's abilities were really undersold seeing as he has control over matter, the possibilities were near-endlesss.

Great chapter, I have a few criticisms though. Overhauls mask is a fairly obvious mask so how did twilight get that confused. If sweet apple acres is selling the ponies, presumably publicly, why are they missing. If the mares are truly in so much danger and realize the danger why do they continue to act out when it could mean death. I would love to have these questions answered but feel free to ignore me

Second question, more than likely, sweet apple acres has a log of which ponies they’ve sold. So they’ll know if someone had either bought them or the mares had escaped.
Second question (alt answer), if you mean how are they missing, it is implied that Overhaul/Chisaki saved them sometime in the night.
Third question, if you mean why Rainbow Dash kept lashing out, she is Rainbow dash, do I really explain any more?
