Mostly because of all of Twilight’s intellect. Twilight’s head is cram packed full of knowledge. As Terry Pratchett once pointed out, knowledge is power, and power is energy, and energy converts to mass via the equation E=MC^2. Considering how many books Twilight consumes, her head likely has its own gravitational field.

Most welcome. This started as an oddball little Writeoff fic that was, in some ways, just a message in search of a story. It was written during the early and mysterious days of the pandemic, and fueled by world affairs at the time. Maybe it didn't stray too far from those roots in the end. But the message seemed just as relevant, if not more so, having witnessed the intervening year.

Lol, well there are something like 400 or so different types of plants in the family, most don't have hallucinogenic properties as far as I know, but hey, this is Celestia, she is retired, and she is almost certainly rich beyond the dreams of avarice. Given that Luna is likely slowly achieving a symbiotic relationship with several game consoles at once it's probably safe to say that Sunbutt is quite likely bored out of her tree, so yeah, even by the pitcherful, Champagne and Orange Juice probably won't cut it for long, even if you do add Triple Sec
