This story is a sequel to In Your Kindest Voice
Bonbon is an ordinary mare who lives a happy, normal life in Ponyville. Her name is definitely Bonbon too. She's Lyra's next-door neighbor, and has lived in Ponyville before her best friend and Twilight Sparkle moved to town. Just like anypony else, she's a friendly face and a fine friend. There is nothing unusual about Bonbon. She just gets a sore throat sometimes.
One day, she gets a request to perform a job that does not exist.

I might have seen one other story, but don't quote me on that. There are quite a few with spies/assassins/similar professions having morally dubious to evil characters on the site, though.
Everypony that knew her were found dead by natural causes. How unfortunate.
All I'm thinking though, is that Equestria has all these amazing defenses, and the thing that finally drives it apart is a website made to rank mares in college. Celestia must be livid with her student.
