(Story idea requested by superfun. Takes place before "The Ending of the End".)
In her spare time while preparing to take over the School of Friendship, Starlight Glimmer begins to get into spell experimentation again. And one day she calls Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy over to volunteer with a swapping spell.
When Starlight casts it, Pinkie and Fluttershy inadvertently end up having their personalities completely swapped! Starlight then frantically searches for a way to reverse the effects and return her friends to normal.
Meanwhile, Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy decide that with their swapped personalities it'll be easier if they switch jobs and do each others' work: Pinkie at Sweet Feather Sanctuary and Fluttershy at Sugarcube Corner. Both will soon learn just how difficult the other's work really is, and may just develop a new appreciation for what the work involves.
Yeah, that is kinda disappointing in hindsight, considering we got almost every other mane 6 pairing.
And that was pretty good. Not quite exactly what I was expecting, but I like this more than what I was originally envisioning.

Well that was a very interesting story here so Starlight ask Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie to bring the items so she can test the teleportation out but unfortunately things did not go very well instead of teleportation she accidentally switched personalities of Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy which that's a new one so she has to figure out how to fix this problem while Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy has to do the job but unfortunately because of the personalities they don't know if this is going to work out so they decide to switch jobs what fits in the new personalities at first things were okay but then everything just fell apart Fluttershy was overwhelmed about the party planning and Pinkie Pie can't control the animals from going crazy so they accidentally meet each other but they have another plan instead they go back to the old job despite their personality change but somehow it really worked they still can do the jobs and what the good at so it looks like everything turned out pretty well then Starlight showed up all frazzled up but got the spell so she prepare for the spell once again and once it was done Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy's personalities are back to normal and it looks like they start to understand each other more than ever so with that. That was a pretty good story and you're right we never got to see Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie hang out just the two of them but it's always nice to see this keep up the good work
Really good job on the exchanges, characterizations and general wrap-up in this story. Not much I can say that other reviewers haven't already said better, but I DID enjoy seeing Pinkie and Fluttershy each getting a taste of how the other one lives and having to cope with it.
REALLY looking forward to more of your work in general.

I read it. Not bad, not bad at all! It's really fun to watch they having a taste of each others' jobs.
Just one problem in my opinion -- You use dialogs as a crutch to push forward the plots and descriptions are reletively insufficient. Some dialogs are not seemed very natural. One most obvious example is:
But yeah, it's also about one's writing style, so don't worry about it, it's still a very nice story.
I'll give 8/10 points.
