The premise isn't exactly groundbreaking, but it is really good. Definitely could have enjoyed at least a little foreplay. And definitely could have taken more time with the initial insertion(s), given that they're all 'virgins'. Take some time to savor the moment! (And that would also give time to describe them and their bodies ... which wasn't really done except briefly in the very beginning.) Execution seemed a bit sloppy -- characters seemed off, the wording not terribly inspired, and the pace frenetic at times (the loose POV didn't help with that). All that said, it was still enjoyable -- definitely not bad enough to make me stop reading.
Also, now that I think about it... Poor Rainbow Dash. Having a permanent dick wouldn't be too bad, but the poor mare has permanently lost her pussy! I wonder if she'll realize that later and regret never being able to feel that kind of pleasure again. I'd go back to that griffon and demand a potion that gives you both!
