Sunrise will learn what her cutie mark means, she'll have her mother's empathy and love, kidness, honesty, generosity, loyalty and generosity. She'll also learn about her father's origins, and will meet Jean, her grandmother. She'll soon learn she's immortal due to genetics, she'll be internally angry and upset about it for a while but she'll come to accept it and just live with it. She won't have to do it alone because she's got her parents and Jean to deal with it. They'll deal with the pain of immortality together. As a family.

Sunrise would consider the human versions of the elements of harmony as her aunts and pony Twilight as an honorary aunt. Due to Celestia and Discord(the human version) adopting Sunset she would also have them as grandparents. She'd meet her aunt Laura, (her biological aunt that is). She'd also meet the pony versions of her grandparents(from her mother Sunset's side of the family, and she'd be an alicorn as well).

She'd have a large loving and supporting family. She's got James, Sunset, Laura, Princess Celestia, Luna and Twilight as family who are also immortal so she won't be alone. Because of Jean as well. The year it will continue from is 2029.

the synthetic arm's cells can renew long enough if there's enough production, if the body takes too much damage, the cells stop producing the required cells to heal the body.

However if the body takes no damage, the cells constantly renew and stay healthy, but slowly dwindle over time from age, as our organs age with us, they get weaker, but by that time organs can be synthetically grown and replaced with healthy ones. Which are made from the patient's organ's cells and tissues. Which is then used to grow new organs like lungs, hearts, livers, kidneys, intestines and a spleen. As well as the Gallbladder.

Things like Alzheimers, ALS and Dementia can be prevented and cured. Eyes can be replaced, as well as ears, which can also be grown and replaced. noses however stay the same.

This new technology allows people to live longer, up to 400 years of age.

So then the military can work with the Avengers and the CCPD to track down any remaining kingpins, drug rings and child trafficking rings.

COVID sadly happens in this universe, in 2020 to the end of 2021 to the start of 2022, but a cure is made and it dies down to the point it's only been remembered by those who knew of it or had it. To the rest, it'll be known as history.
