This story is a sequel to Interruption and Intervention
A few months have passed since Princess Luna had a talk with her royal scribe, Astral Ink. Since then, the two had developed their friendship while maintaining efficient work in their royal duties. All was going well, until recently.
Astral finds himself in the dream of the alicorn herself as Luna initially attempts to aid in the scribe in another issue he's dealing with, while the stallion still struggles understand why the princess has so much care for him.
What follows is a series of revelations from both ponies that will forever change their relationship.

I love this so far, it is very well written and the type of romance that I like the most- the romance that actually takes their course and time to happen rather than kinda just popping in and all sudden Luna or other characters falls in love for reasons unknown. Keep it up, dear chap!

Thank you, that's actually my main goal with these fics. I came in knowing that it can be very tricky writing a story with a canon character falling in love with an OC with out it seeming self serving. So I wanted to really try to emphasize that Luna and Astral have a history that would explain why the two of them would have a strong relationship, be it friendship or something greater.
It's good to know that I seem to be hitting that mark!

I do have some sequels planned for this strand of stories, but I'm going to be switching back to TPOF now. I was in the middle of the last chapter before I took a break, so I don't imagine it'll take too much time to finish, but who know.
