Is this a crossover with Power Rangers or Descendants? I'm confused from the description.

It’s a crossover of both! The mane 7 and Flash are the new Power Rangers and they have to stop Audrey in Descendants. It is made clear in one of the chapters that it is both(I can’t remember).
