This is going to be a great start but I have a feeling Esmeralda is some evil enchantress or it is the Rumpilskilskin story of taking her newly born Melody. I can't wait to see where this will go between Twilight and Fluttershy's relationship because Fluttershy went behind Princess Sparkle's back. Hey I understand her situation, she is grieving and if there is a will then there is a way to finally be happy.
One question though is Fluttershy pregnant with Discord child while she was talking to the witch?
I've enjoyed this story so far! The amazing art you include gives it a special touch while reading.
The things I liked most in this chapter...well, Esper meeting and hugging Discord was incredibly heartwarming. Pinkie thinking there was a zombie apocalypse was funny. And Discord's worry about the others not believing him, and him agreeing to stay with Fluttershy despite his misgivings? Heartbreaking, not gonna lie.

Aww, sweet chapter. It was good to see Fluttershy realize that she can't do this to Discord forever; that they've come to a compromise that she'll eventually let him go. And seeing her propose, and the two of them get married? That was sweet.
I wouldn't have minded a little more detail about the wedding, but it was a small affair with only a few creatures, so less could have been more in this case.
Though I disagree with Fluttershy about one thing...Discord would look fabulous in anything, even a dress!

To be honest I saw so many descriptions of fluttercord wedding that I didn't wabt to pay too much attention to the wedding in this story ^^,
Uhhh Fluttershy I understand you are desperate to bring back Discord but this is not a good idea to mess with timeline I mean look what happened when Starlight and twilight went through timeline when they mess up 😥
like I said I understand you want to bring somebody from the dead but it end up in a bad results
Ok wow so after the aftermath of the comic Fluttershy still can't get Discord out of her mind knowing to the fact that she has to move on which it is pretty hard for her it is only been 3 months and she has adopted daughter and unborn child but it looks like in the newspaper there is a ad about something called Hearts Desire or something and she wants to meet this witch so this cat creature name Esmeralda meet with Fluttershy saying that there is another way but it's going to be very difficult some of them are not too hard to get but The Medallion is another difference story so she's asking the animals to do this for her now I don't know about this whole situation and I have some suspicious about this Esmeralda but I guess it's too soon we'll find out what's going to happen
Oh, my heart...this chapter was sad and dramatic, with just a hint of sweet. I enjoyed reading it!
It's good that the birth went well...but it looks like Fluttershy doesn't have a choice on whether or not she'll keep her promise. Not that she would go back on it. And at least Discord could be a father to Esper—it would have been sweet to see a scene between the two of them. But I understand wanting to keep the focus on the main story and main point of this chapter.
A sad, heartwrenching ending to this tragic tale...and your art greatly adds to the story!

I mean, what happened with starlight and Twilight was time travel and messing with the timeline, yes. But this is just straight up necromancy! Can go well, or not. All depends.

That part in the picture kind of reminds me of all dogs go to heaven when Charlie came back from the dead
So basically Fluttershy got all the ingredients to bring somebody back from the dead her and Esmeralda headed for the grave and it is very spooky especially in the nighttime but once they got there she decided to dig out the grave which Fluttershy refuse to do it so Esmeralda did the work and not only that she perform the spell and after that Discord his back from the dead and Fluttershy was so overwhelmed with joy and everything she basically hug down so much and basically don't want to let go and Discord is still trying to get used to being alive after being gone for 3 months and they went back to the house and Discord looks a mess I mean he did came from the grave I'm sure he'll be dirty but when he look at the mirror he got a little emotional and Fluttershy comfort him and then they both went to sleep but now here's the question how was her friends will react to this

Well actually if you remember back in season 9 premiere Discord did bring back Sombra to life with his magic a really powerful Magic which that's never explained what kind of dark magic is it
Well I did remember reading a comic of season 10 saying that Capper and His Kind got some sort of magic
Well then things did not go too well so Fluttershy and Discord got up and decided to eat breakfast and discord even meeting esper which she did not freak out and that's pretty nice and cute at the same time but the thing is now how's it going to explain to their friends and unfortunately Pinkie Pie just showed up and saw Discord thinking that he is a ghost or a zombie so she freaked out and ran off and warn everybody and Fluttershy and Discord give Chase try to calm her down but nothing's working then Rarity heard the commotion going on but then everybody crash into her that she saw Discord and disbelieve once again he's starting to get a little emotional and Fluttershy try to calm down and tell her friends that she will explain everything in the castle so once they made it things kind of went South Twilight was not too happy about this and it's not because she's not happy to see Discord but also bringing back somebody to life and Fluttershy got pretty upset about this Discord wanted to be assured that everything will be okay if she decide to let go which she refused to things are going to be a little difficult
So it looks like Twilight and Discord having a discussion about the decision of him letting Twilight finish him off if something ever happens but Twilight refused to kill him she doesn't have the heart to do that especially somebody who's asking to die and that's hard but it was kind of nice seeing these two having a little conversation even though it's casual so after that he went back to Fluttershy and they decide to go back home Fluttershy's been thinking about this whole situation and looking at him he looks like he was not himself he looks so drain dull and even his personality is kind of gone so Fluttershy told him when the time comes when the child is born Fluttershy decided to let him go and let him rest in peace she even asked him to marry her which that was pretty unexpected but I guess how much she loves him so they have a secret wedding with only the friends knows about his alive status so I wonder how this will work out
Looks like the days have gone pretty by pretty fast and it looks like Discord is getting worse but he wanted to stay with her as long as he can just until the baby was born but it looks like it's soon but Discord is very hesitant to leave Fluttershy alone but she wants him to get the Apple family mostly sugarbelle Granny Smith and Applejack here he tried to carry her but he was too weak and there was no way Fluttershy can't walk either so he decides to go over there alone and get them here once he made it to the apple orchard and told him what's going on they prepare to get to Fluttershy's house but unfortunately he faded and he stopped breathing they all teleported there but Discord is still not waking up in a panic sugarbelle decided to take him to the hospital hoping this will wake him up and get him a little bit better Fluttershy was asking where is he and they don't have the heart to tell her what's going on because right now she's in labor right now but the nurse got him back to his breathing pattern but he still having problem it felt like he cannot last any longer but he still wants to stay call Fluttershy and need to see her right now to give birth to their child once they got there the child was born and it's a very cute kid too and with all the stress and everything Discord fainted again he's really not doing too hot something tells me this is going to be even more heartbreaking
Dang that was some story here okay after a year pass when the child was born Discord decided to hold on as best as he can despite in his condition and Fluttershy notice it and starting to realize that she was being selfish and not noticing that he was in pain and suffering but when the days comes Discord can hardly move he is very weak and Fluttershy heartbroken seen him like this she apologized for being selfish and bring him back to life by force but Discord want to reassure her that this is not her fault and he is not angry at her at least he got the chance to be a family with Fluttershy and his two daughters and that is all he wanted and it looks like Esmeralda showed up and Fluttershy was pretty upset with her like it was supposed to be a sick joke or something that the spell didn't work as she thought it would the only reason why she did that she wanted to ease the people's pain knowing to the fact sometimes when you love somebody you have to let them go especially if they're in pain it does sound a little harsh but if she said no they will find somebody even worse than her so she had to do it because Fluttershy will desperately will find somebody but right now Discord is breathing very slowly and Fluttershy wants to reassure him that she is still with him with his last breath he's gone Fluttershy heartbroken told everybody that Discord is gone and they set up a funeral for him just only the ones who knows about it when esper and Melody came back home esper asking where's her dad and Fluttershy told her that he has to go somewhere that's all she can give her heartbroken esper was crying she basically lost her father but knowing to them they will get through this it's going to be a slow process for this family but knowing to that at least they got the chance to know Discord how much he cares and loves them so much dang that's what's a pretty tragic story there are some few misspelling but other than that this was pretty good keep up the good work
This was sad as hell! But I can't hate it even if I wanted to! It was too well done and it was very sweet and who wouldn't try to bring loved ones back?
