I thought dreams were meant to be mad, true
But so far, disappointment reigns, dude

Talk to myself a bunch, but then a new thought struck:
Normally I move on with the stupid script
But now the plot is stuck, which is fine because it sucked
Can I pull off a switch please?

Why is this a sitcom and not an action romp?
I could relive this plot by just watchin' Friends
With this bullcrap, I'm done and just like that, there's no-one

Takin' control of the blandness inside my brain

I've wanted lucid dreams since I heard they were things
Late night perusin' blog threads
People would dream of things like bustin' huge crime rings

To make my dreams more lucid in a way that's more consistent

Than it's been in the past, once-in-a-blue-moon crap
Why can't I have a legit brain?

All I wanted was a sweet lunar escape
But all that I got was simply mundane
