Grogar/Octavio had fifteen years to come to terms with his situation.
Luna wouldn't be able to tell it's Grogar because they never met before, the only difference she could notice about Octavio is that he has a stronger than normal soul.
Also with Grogar not getting interrupted mid hijacking, Greema is now floating around limbo just like Grogar said he would.
