Yeah, the site's been acting pretty strange lately. Glad the soundtrack was fitting! And I just couldn't think of a better fit for the rooftop scene than Ori and the Blind Forest (which is, btw, an amazing, beautiful game. Difficult, sure, but still a great, emotional game! Same with the sequel, Ori and the Will of the Wisps).
Oh, I'm positive he will be quite surprised. Skeptical at first, sure, but once James proves what he's saying is true, I'm sure it'll really have William fascinated.
And yeah, since it's the 80s, I figured it would only make sense that the technology is consistent with the era. And nice that you could draw some parallels from the game.

Ah, brings memories from GTA 5, as I loved the tow side job. Can't say why, it felt good to help and got always a laugh when the owners of wrongly parked cars complained This and traffic duty was also my preference in flashing lights. It's silly that the calls are random no matter what car you drive, can't do a tow job with a squad car and the can/towtruck is too slow for a pursuit

Yep, you're right. My headcanon is that changelings can alter their aesthetic appearance, but their internals, such as organs and stuff, while reshaping to fit the new form, remains largely unchanged from that. Also, in my headcanon, changelings have green blood, which doesn't change even if they take red-blooded mammalian forms. So, that could be a possible way to spot a changeling in a different form.
