I cant wait till zombie ponies and Nightmare Moon come back into the story
Awesome chapter and may I ask BRING ME MORE. I wait for these every day and I lose sanity until another of these are delivered.
Giving Pinkie liquor..... ARE YOU TRYING TO BRING THE THE PONY APOCALYPSE!!??
1208344 I love averything about this story. My favorite part of the newest chapter would be James telling off Blueballs.
I truly am loving this story so far, hopefully we might get some action in here in a little bit, haha.
I think i can safely say this has been my favorite chapter thus far. Everything was perfect, the party, the duel, the FEELS
Can't wait to see what happens next
Well that was an interesting Galla especially the part when blueblood was beaten to a pulp very good sir
The moment I read the parts about "Blueballs" and the Team Fortress 2 references I cracked up. Simply hilarious! Keep going, it reads wonderful!
What ages were Christina and James when that incident happened?
1207053 Oh wow, I wouldn't even know where to begin. I'm not really sure I can explain myself here.
I really love everything about the story. Sorry I can't actually answer your question.

I have to say, what I like most about reading this story is having a nice big 30,000-or-so word chunk most every day to read. Makes a nice change from reading a 10,000 word story over a few months.
Just a quick question. Why was the foil's size so small? I mean, even if ponies are much smaller than humans, wouldn't the foil (all of this is assuming that fencing is the same in Equestria as on Earth) be at least as long as a pony's legs? Fencing foils are typically around 90cm (about a yard) long, which is sort of close-ish to the size of a human arm, so, assuming that a pony's legs are around 50-60cm (around two feet, I think), a foil for them would be a wee bit bigger than a "toothpick."
Of course, you have the artistic license to make it such, and I'm not trying to detract in any way from the elegant display of instinct that Sir James put on there, but I was just wondering about the conventions of Equestrian fencing and stuff.
Anyways, just a convoluted, random question that popped into my mind whilst reading this.
Great story, as usual! Rarity's so d'aww

why not slender man
YO WHITE MARE IN THE CLUB WOO GIMY 20 BITS GIMY 20 BITS GIMY 20 BITS
Ok. I usually do not comment on stories, but this time I feel I must make an exception. The duel with Blueblood (or should I call him Blueballs XD) made me laugh so damn much that I would have been able to make an army of roflcopters.
Rating: Five mustaches
the last chapter was probably where people got the and my little dashie and the zombies wich the last two there is a game on devaintart.com where u are applebloom and u discover sunny town and there is a youtube video on my little dashie and some pictures on diviantart.com
1208254 no giving her vodka is trying to start the ponypocalypes
Forgive me for asking, since it has probably already been answered (I'm really tired) but will this branch to season 3 in any way?
2252555 No, the entire Season 3 elements do not occur in this story. The closest it comes to that is maybe Pinkie Pie mentioning the Mirror Pool and a brief appearance of Babs Seed in the Endgame arc.
2241464 that is a Russian ponypocalypes
Liquor is the western ponypocalypes
2552467 is realllly borin brahtah! WHERE'S THE ADVENTURE?! I feel like 25.media.tumblr.com/050c758dac44cf7445b31bf710d329be/tumblr_mocm6qtSlE1s0sz7go2_1280.png
Just reading your story....but you makin me really right now. *read with Jamaican Accent*
that fight scene.......beautiful
according to you, the GGG is the night before my birthday! FUCK YEAH!
Oddly, you reminded me of a little thing, the Higgins Armory Museum had a sword-fighting class based off of ancient training documents that survived the times...but when I went to check on the information...apparently they closed just a few months ago . Would've been a enjoyable experience though.
Lol Prince blueballs.
"The two of us approached the ‘dispenser’ as I took care to make certain there were no spies approaching. I wonder if anyone will know what I meant right there…"
Thats a Team fortress 2 reference
I just finished playing engineer before I read this chapter actually
Good chaptet.
dem references.
And really, all these months later and he hasn't paid best Pony #2 a visit again?
Them tf2 references tho engi is my fave class next to spy I laughed so hard when I read it
Uh, the whole scene with the boomerangs was just wrong. Many people think that boomerangs were things designed for amusement, a stick that would come back when you threw it. In reality, boomerangs are weapons, or at the least, gathering tools. They had to have a semi-sharp edge for them to be able to perform their signature curve, so if you got hit by one, you wouldn't laugh it off. You'd fucking scream. The Aboriginal Australian people used boomerangs to hunt possums, and they killed them in a single shot.
As James was being hit IN THE HEAD with MULTIPLE BOOMERANGS, repeatedly, I might add, he wouldn't be laughing it off with those who threw them. He'd be twitching, on the ground, with a fractured skull and likely severe brain damage. If not that, he'd be dead.
Just sayin'.
5692487 Or he is just refering to the toy version of a bommerang that even i had as a child.
A wind rose.
I love you so much right now.
5988624 I fuckin' love your avatar. I died laughing! ::
That girls family and friends are a bunch of assholes
Im starting to think he will start a herd soon...
HAHAHAHAAHA So funny!
Also. That part about giving Pinkie a drink. I could have sworn I'd read that somewhere else.

That Over the Hedge reference, absolutely bucking hilarious!

5692487 as an Australian that learned history at school i can fully agree with you, bit pretty sure they were designed to break the legs of kangaroos, but yeah, they were made to break think bones, his head would be mush by after two hitting it, and they were never used for way, they used different tools for their small rare-ish wars, the boomerang was solely a gathering tool
And the third TF2 reference... *ded*
This pops to mind with the boomerang scene!
I really got a kick out of this chapter loved the over the hedge and tf2 references
Now that I finished this chapter I can now go t-FUCK!
I stepped on a Lego.

As an Australian I can safely say that the Boomerang used for killing and maiming was much larger than the returning boomerang used for sport/play today. They used to be made of harder woods and bones with sharpened edges and would not return to the person. The returning boomerang which is used for sport and as a toy, feels no different to a Frisbee upon returning to the owner, having lost a lot of momentum from the return trip, it barely hovers when it reaches you.

Cool bit of trivia right there, but I updated the chapter with foam recreational boomerangs just to be safe.
ratchet and clank reference nice.
ah memories
