we'll use Twilight as reference. see how SMALL her whole body is. compared to a normal actual pony, who has a longer barrel, i wouldn't be surprised if all of her organs are not only smaller, but bunched up tightly togeather.
That was a great story. Hope there might be sequel that shows their relationship grow. Maybe throw in a chapter how Cadance knew her daughter and Matt would get together and how she found out and telling Shining how she knew
