The prose is a bit purple, but the premise is interesting. Not the first time I've seen an Equestria (or at least a Twilight) that's never heard of sex. Looking forward to seeing how you answer the obvious questions.

Yeah, I found writing it felt stilted too, but it's an unfortunate side effect of describing sex in a clinical way, which you have to do if sex is a foreign concept to the characters.

So, they have the parts yet, in the entire history of Equestria, not a single pony has EVER had sex and has no idea what it even is? So then, exactly where do foals come from if nopony has EVER had sex?

Incest isn't my thing, but somehow it isn't as bad when neither party has any idea what they're doing. In any case, I shouldn't be surprised that not everyone is overthinking this new phenomenon as much as Twilight. Though if she does go to see Applejack, well, that'll certainly be a moment to remember for all involved parties.

Do you know what other stories you've seen that feature a sexually innocent Equestria? It's kind of my major kink, but the only high-quality stories I've seen with it are this and "Crossing the Trixie Bridge"
The story's really living up to its name. Though i hope Twilight can help Celestia find a healthy middle ground between utter suppression and complete abandon.
