"Mwahahaha!" the human twirled his mustache as he faced off against Twilight Sparkle. "I am immune to magic! That means there's absolutely nothing a unicorn like you can do to stop me!"
Perplexed by his confidence, Twilight telekinetically lifted a two ton boulder from the outskirts of Ponyville and dropped it on his head.
No more difficult than when she lifted the water tower in her fight with the Ursa back in season one.
Really, "I threw a rock at him!" is a perfectly reasonable opening to any serious fight. It's a good way to get a head start on assessing capabilities, and every so often your opponent unaccountably doesn't have any sort of an answer at all.
Also, "I got shot by a bow and arrow" or "I got shot by a crossbow bolt" are plausible outcomes, since those exist... if Overconfident Human actually got far enough for that to matter, lol.
actually there's bladed or blunt weapons in general, which even if tactile telekinesis ("sticky hooves") didn't work, well... there's still a good number of those in the setting with fingers/razor-sharp claws, and there's only one of them to begin with, usually.

Hey, if you throwing a rock just knocks out your opponent right off the bat then hey, it works, and if it works then it ain't stupid.
