I'm pretty sure she knows they've been turned into the underwear but since she seems to have a crush on both of them it might be overriding her common sense, also you have to keep in mind she's been pretty much sweating for an untold period of time so she might be a little delirious.

The real question is what exactly did the spell do?
Did it just turn them in to swimwear only or did it pull a forgotten friendship and somehow erase every one memories of them as long as they are in that form????
Kinda like that little girl (Sugar) in the Dressrosa Arc of One Piece, who can turn you into a toy with a single touch and at the same time erase everyone memories of you instantly; the people only gain back thier memories after thier love ones were turnt back into human again.
That's what it looks like here, but only the next chapter will tell us.
