The Borg realize they can't assimilate anything with "magic". So they decide to destroy those races instead. The Voyager finds various Refugee races & tries to bring them back with them to the Alpha Quadrant... but is that really what the magicals want?

The ship picks up other civilizations with "magic", starting with Naruto. As the Borg are destroying worlds with magic, due to it being impossible to assimilate them.
I haven't gotten there yet, but eventually the ship will stop taking the defensive, and move to attack the Borg.
Using magic powers from multiple franchises, as well as magical artifacts.
You know? They should now starting to REGRET saving them from the Borg.

Thorax isn't an extremist, he was a stupid child. Even if he did try to reveal himself to ponies. That was more him risking his own life to make a point, no ling else's.
