Ok, as hilarious as this story is, that's....actually a pretty interesting idea for a fantasy setting. A Pacifist Race who rarely, if ever was in conflict with itself on large scales, likely since before it grew sapience, so it evolved a sort of magic that would subtlety affect other Races around it as a defense, with hostile threats turning passive over a certain period of time, and passiveness turning into attraction, or even obsession, over long stretches.
I could easily imagine an ability like this being used in various ways depending on the setting

It could be useful to even a story where humans invade the ponies and take over Equestria. Only for our soldiers to feel guilt over our hostile takeover and fall in love with the ponies a few months later. The soldiers end up liberating Equestria from humans that have not succumbed to Ponybutt Indoctrination.
Equestria sends diplomats all around the world to pacify other governments.
