Hope Twilight remembers Slipshod soon, for all of their animosity, Twilight and Slipshod do have a connection and Twilight is not one to do their allies wrong, though forgetting Slipshod in the excitement of learning she has a niece is understandable.

Now that we know that the disciples of Discord and the Clans, which in this case are Dragon Clans, it stands that they will in time become the forces that Twilight will need to reclaim Equus.
Now the question is: How long and what will Twilight have to do to unify the Clans?
Once that is answered, it is just a matter of time before they can reach Equus.

Yeah, I noticed that Changeling of the Guard's most recent chapter (posted within literal HOURS of this one, it seems) ended with Idol's public reveal too XD. Quite a shock for me too when I read it immediately after posting this!

Though, given Vdrake's story's style, I'm fairly confident that Slips's going to have a MUCH rougher time in the cell...

I would be really worried for Slipshod health and safety of it wasn't for him being a main character. I can't imagine Twilight just forgetting to tell the disciples about him. So that means she intentionally did not tell them about him. As long as Slipshod doesn't get to badly injured, this should be pretty funny.
