Fun Fact: human breast milk is not approved by the FDA for use in food. Some ice-cream joint tried it and was shot down. Don't ask me how a substance that was literally, biologically intended to feed humans isn't considered safe to feed to humans. I read…somewhere? (So take this with a grain of salt)…that human breast milk has a mild (I think it was only mild) laxative effect, which is somehow beneficial for infants. If that is the case, then I actually can kind of understand it not being acceptable for consumption by the general public. Besides which, dietary needs do change as people age, so good for one age doesn’t necessarily mean good for all.
