I liked this a lot, over the top mean, rape carried out through unwitting assistants thinking they're doing good, subs that can't help but give into their bodies' desires... On that subject, someone added it to the CTS group. The biggest, most important part of CTS is consent. I haven't read this, but based on what you wrote, I'm guessing it doesn't belong there.
That ending came out of nowhere, and shot the measurement stick for the wtf meter up way past the upper limit of 10. I think the bar might get a couple minutes of air time before clocking someone on the head, it shot up so fast.
It wouldn't be so bad if it was Sick Love or whatever you'd call her who orchestrated the thing, but Cadance? Just makes her come across like a kid who found his father's gun when it comes to her own domain, and that implication is what overloaded the wtf meter.

I'm guessing you used pic #1449408 (on Derpibooru) as inspiration for this, one of my faves, so you get bonus points for that. You could crop Twilight's face from that pic as your cover BTW, if the artist doesn't mind.
Two things though: there's a few paragraphs that don't have a proper line-break, meaning they're stuck to the precedent, and you could take a little more time to describe the finish of each stallion, though that might just be personal preference.
