It is vaccine day in Equestria and everypony must go through it. Almost everypony already did it although some refuse to get vaccinated like Pinkie Pie. It is up to the mane 6 to help her. Sadly, it's not easy as it sound.

Well, they didn't wanted to do it without her consent (ever if they were out of traditionnal persuasive methods to convince her.)
