Spongebob watched My Little Pony one day. Then he took Gary on a walk. That wasn't such a great idea. When Discord was turned to stone, nopony knew that he would be sent to another world where he could regain his power and come back even more powerful. When a mysterious hole in the sky of Equestria starts leaking water, no one knew that Spongebob and Gary would fall through it... into the world of ponies. Will the Mane 6 learn to accept Spongebob's differences and join him on a quest to defeat the god of chaos? Or will the life-ending stone get to them first?

Hmmm, you should add some spaces in between paragraphs, gets tiring to read through a wall of text, also so e more detail and more dialog as well as some insight on the characters thoughts would improve the story a lot.
I like the concept though, and the plot is pretty good so far, you've combined two of the most chaotic characters ever, Spongebob and Pinkie Pie, you have my like god sir!
I'm gonna say this I think you should have a crossover tab
