Welcome to the site! I can see how the element of courage can be linked to the character’s inventiveness and bravery to implicitly ask Twilight of their friendship status. The chapter has a generally good flow, but there are some areas that could be smoothened out. Will keep track of this!
The element of Courage ties into the story very well; the flow was not interrupted. I question how Twilight managed to summon her bravery to confront Nightmare Moon in the actual episode this is based off, but this seems to answer that very particularly. I wished that the story on Fluttershy’s kindness towards to manticore was elaborated more, perhaps closer to the degree of the other characters portrayed.
Few technical flaws exist in this chapter and it certainly made reading it more enjoyable! Keep this up!

One day, Json and H.H were walking through Ponyville on tour with Mayor Mare when they stumbled upon a garden that they had never seen before.
"Um, excuse me ma'am." Json asked.
"What?" The Mayor asked.
"What's that garden there?" H.H asked.
Mayor Mare sighed.
"That there is Tiger Lily Memorial Flower Garden. It was made in honor of Tiger Lily."
"What happened to her?" Json asked.
"She was killed in a house fire a year ago."
Json and H.H were shocked.
"How?" They asked.
"The pony who's husband named Abacus Sum had killed her and he was sentenced to life at Hoofstrong Prison Center nearly 20 miles southwest of Carriageston." The Mayor said in disgust.
