It may be an exaggeration, but she'd had a kind of rough day so far. Getting disowned would do that to any day, she could only assume.

She preferred her days smooth and polished like fine obsidian- this was more of a fresh picrite kind of day in her opinion, uncomfortable and hard to deal with.

The Mighty and Majestic Ebonyknight gives his stamp of approval and eagerly he awaits for further chapters... Seriously tho great job so far

Is it bad when I read secrets my mind immediately went, "Fluttershy's a murderers."

Ok, question, Maud being disowned, Canon or just this story? Also is the disown explained at all? I feel like that would be important information.

I’m sure it’ll be a good story none the less, just curious.

Just this story! The reason for her disownment is hinted towards the end of the chapter, but it'll become more apparent soon. For now she's trying to keep her mind off it.

I'm gonna drive myself crazy if I rush through without at least 3 chapters, but I'm excited for this to play out.

I am also "looking forward" to more chapters and finding out 1. What unpardonable sin got Maud disowned, and 2. If Mate will be staying with the "pretty mare" on the train.
