A Lunar Rocket Return, part 1
"Ugh, come on Twilight. We're going to be late for the Nightmare Night festival." said an annoyed Spike, who was dressed in a larger dragon costume, to Twilight's room upstairs. The violet unicorn finally came down, sporting a star covered blue cape and hat with bells attached to them and a fake beard hanging from her ears. She looked at Spike with a look that told him to say what he thought about her costume.
"Huh? Are you that one kooky grandpa from Ponyville Retirement Village?" asked Spike. Twilight grew a look of surprise at this before getting a bit angry.
"I'm Star Swirl the Bearded. Father of the amniomorphic spell?" asked Twilight, trying to see if Spike remembered something, only to receive a look of confusion.
"Did you even read that book I gave you about obscure unicorn history?" asked Twilight. Before Spike could answer, a knock could be heard at the door.
Uh, that sounds important!" said Spike as he zoomed past Twilight, twisting her into her own costume, before answering the door. Next thing Spike knew, he was being knocked to the floor by a hug from Victini, who was wearing a small version of a black t-shirt Rainbow Dash somehow owned, modified by Rarity for Victini's size, that had the words 'Hustle, Loyalty, Respect' on it and he was also wearing a cap with a U, 2 C's, with one C crossed out, and the word 'Me' on it.
"Hi there Spike!" said Victini excitedly. Spike just giggled a bit before giving the Victory Pokemon a one armed hug. Ever since the events with Discord, Victini and Spike have gotten to become very close friends, acting like they were actually brothers. Twilight giggled a bit at this sight, finding the whole thing a little cute, before she heard a knocking at the entrance. She looked towards the entrance to the library and saw Pikachu and Buneary.
"Happy Nightmare Night!" said both of them. Twilight got a bowl full of candy and levitated some into their containers.
"Same to you. And to think you're having your first Nightmare Night here." said Twilight as she put some candy in Victini's container, with Victini taking it out immediately and eating it. The others laughed a bit.
"Thanks Twilight. Nice costume by the way." said Pikachu. Twilight smiled at the compliment, but then Pinkie suddenly came up, wearing a chicken costume.
"Enough talk, time is candy!" said Pinkie before holding a container out to Twilight.
"Pinkie Pie, aren't you a little old for this?" asked Twilight, causing Pinkie to gasp like a chicken.
"Too old for candy? Never!" said Pinkie as Twilight rolled her eyes and put candy in Pinkie's container, which she ate the candy out of. She then looked at Twilight and saw her costume. Twilight flicked one of the bells and looked back at Pinkie.
"Do you like it?" asked Twilight, wondering what Pinkie had to think of her costume.
"Yeah! Great costume, Twilight! You make a fantastic weirdo clown!" said Pinkie before zooming off.
"A clown? Look at the borders on these robes. These are hoof-stitched!" said Twilight, annoyed by Pinkie's comment. Pikachu came up to her.
"Don't worry Twilight, it's a great costume." said Pikachu before heading out with Victini and Spike. Buneary came up to Twilight next.
"Hey, maybe later, I'll tell you some more about my world and the things me and other Pokemon can do." said Buneary, which got Twilight's spirits up.
"What are we waiting for then? Let's have a great Nightmare Night and then you can tell me more about Pokemon." said Twilight before galloping out the door, causing Buneary to giggle and hop after her, all unknown to three figures watching them from above in a hot air balloon.

Episode 7: A Lunar Rocket Return!
"Well, it may have a different name, but it's just like Halloween." said Pikachu as he and Buneary were taking a break from getting candy. Pikachu was stuffing his face with candy, not caring about getting sick at all, but Buneary was hardly eating at all. Normally, she would be admiring Pikachu, but tonight was different. She was not doing anything but looking out the window. Eventually, Pikachu noticed this.
"Hey Buneary, what's wrong?" asked a worried Pikachu. Buneary snapped out of her little trance and looked at Pikachu with the best smile she could muster up.
"Nothing Pikachu, I'm fine." said Buneary. Pikachu didn't believe her though, because he could see some pain in her eyes. His friend was in pain and he saw it as his job to find out what's wrong.
"Buneary, please don't try and hide it. I know you're enjoying tonight as much as I am, but I can see in your eyes pain. Something happened Buneary and I want to know what's going on. I know it's not my business to know your personal stuff, but I hate seeing others be in emotional pain. So Buneary, tell me what's going on." said an even more concerned Pikachu. Buneary saw the look in his eyes and in them was the same look of determination she had fallen for. Every time Pikachu had gotten this look, he was determinde to win any kind of battle he found himself in.
"...I'm not winning this, am I? Okay Pikachu, but let's go somewhere else. This place isn't the kind of place I want to tell you." said Buneary. Pikachu nodded and the two started to leave the area, but suddenly, storm clouds appeared in the sky.
"What's that?!" asked Pikachu as his cheeks sparkled with electricity. The two Pokemon rushed outside, joining Twilight and Spike, who had also appeared, and looked towards the sky, where suddenly, a chariot appeared in the sky. From it, a hooded figure came down and landed on the ground. As all of the other ponies shook in fear of this appearance, the figure took off her hood and Twilight instantely recognized the pony who had revealed herself.
"Princess Luna." said Twilight. Pikachu instantely remembered Celestia having a sister and realized this was the one she was talking about. The lunar alicorn gave a friendly face before suddenly doing her next action.
"Citizens of Ponyville! We have graced your tiny village with our presence, so that you might behold the real princess of the night! A creature of nightmare is no longer, but instead a pony who desires your love and admiration! Together we shall change this dreadful celebration into a bright and glorious feast!" said Luna in a booming voice.
'My poor ears...' thought Pikachu as he held his now aching head in pain. Buneary was doing the same. Pinkie immediately gasped afterwards.
"Did you hear that everypony!?" asked a scared Pinkie. But before she could continue, a smoke bomb suddenly came up and exploded, causing everyone to lose their sight.
"What is the meaning of this!? Thy Princess demands to know!" asked Luna. As Twilight tried to use her magic to clear the smoke, Victini looked at his fellow Pokemon and saw something coming for them.
"Look out!" yelled Victini as he sped towards Pikachu and Buneary, pushing them out of the way of what was apparently a giant hand, which grabbed Victini before going up to a balloon in the air.
"Victini! Somepony has to help him!" said Twilight as she cleared the rest of the smoke. Pikachu got a good look at the balloon Victini was trapped in and instantely recognized it.
"No...it can't be!" said Pikachu. Everyone's attention had turned to the balloon and suddenly, three new figures appeared from the it.
"Prepare for trouble!" said a female voice, with the girl having long red hair.
"Make it double!" said the male, who had short purple hair.
"To protect the world from devastation!" said the girl.
"To unite all peoples within our nation!" said the boy
"To denounce the evils of truth and love!"
"To extend our reach to the stars above!"
"Jessie!" said the girl.
"James!" said the boy.
"Team Rocket, blast off at the speed of light!" said Jessie.
"Surrender now or prepare to fight!" said James.
"Meowth, that's right!" said their partner, the catlike Pokemon Meowth.
"I never thought you'd show your faces hear Team Rocket! But you're not getting away with my friend!" said Pikachu as he fired an Electro Ball at the Meowth shaped balloon.
"Not so fast! Seviper, deflect it with Poison Tail!" said Jessie as she threw a Poke Ball and the snake Pokemon came out, using it's glowing, sword like tail to send Pikachu's attack flying harmlessly away.
"How dare thee! Those who attack our subjects shall be shown no mercy!" said Luna as she fired a magical beam at the balloon.
"Too slow! Yamask, use Shadow Ball!" yelled James as the ghost Pokemon appeared from it's Poke Ball and met Luna's attack with it's own. The lunar alicorn was gaining the advantage easily until Seviper crash it's tail onto her back, allowing the Shadow Ball to hit Luna and send her crashing to the ground.
"Princess Luna!" said a worried Twilight as she tried to rush to Luna' side, but was immediately blocked by a burst of light and from it, a bat like Pokemon was in front of her.
"Woobat, use Air Slash!" commanded Jessie. Woobat prepared the attack, but was stopped by an Aura Sphere from Buneary. Buneary charged into battle and Twilight tried to think of what to do. She then faced Spike.
"Spike, send a letter to Princess Celestia ASAP! Hurry!" said Twilight. Spike quickly ran back to the library to send the letter. Pikachu came up to Luna to help Twilight and felt her head.
"Oh no, Seviper's attack poisoned her. She's very weak." said Pikachu, only to suddenly get blasted with an Energy Ball attack from a mushroom like Pokemon.
"After we take you out Pikachu, we'll be more then happy to take you to the boss. Amoonguss, use Sludge Bomb! And Mime Jr., come out and use Psybeam!" said James as he released Mime Jr. from it's Poke Ball and it and Amoonguss fired their attacks, with Pikachu and Twilight countering with a magical beam combined with a Thunderbolt, causing an explosion.
"Leave my friends alone!" came the sudden voice of Rainbow Dash, who came in and used the explosion to hide her attack and knocked down James' Pokemon in a blink of an eye. She took off the goggles for her Shadowbolt costume and glared at Team Rocket, with Jessie holding another Poke Ball.
"Don't get in our way! Yanmega, use Steel Wing!" yelled Jessie as the bug Pokemon came out and tried to hit the rainbow maned pegasus with it;s wings. Dash easily dodged it and regrouped with the others.
"So why are these guys!?" asked Dash.
"Team Rocket, a group of Pokemon theives bent of world conquest using the very Pokemon they steal or obtain. They've been after me ever since me and Ash started our journey." said Pikachu.
"And we'll keep on doing it until the end of time or when we finally are able to do it! And today is that day, especially since it's time for our secret weapon." said James as he held up what looked like a golden Poke Ball. Pikachu was confused for a bit until he remembered a event that happened after the St. Anne sank.
"Oh no...guys, we've got to get out of here!" said Pikachu, confusing the others.
"Too late! Now then, let's go!" said James as he threw the gold Poke Ball and from it came a giant Pokemon, almost as big as Dialga and Palkia, with pale yellow and sky blue scales. Pikachu and the others looked at this Pokemon in fear.
"Pikachu, today, Team Rocket fianlly catches you! Now then Gyarados, use Hyper Beam!" yelled James as his Gyarados fired a powerful golden beam at the others, who were too scared to do anything.
"AHHHHH!!!" yelled Pikachu as he waited for the attack to hit...
...but it never did.
