I figured it out in the transition between chapters. Certain clues in this chapter confirmed it for me.
Also, Spike isn't that big of a jerk, but for the purposes of this narrative I guess he kinda has to be. Looking forward to see how this gets wrapped up. I wonder if we're gonna get some more intimate details of Dash and AJ's "sessions".
