Not sure what the point of an erection-prevention hole is if one gets an erection anyway. I guess this is what counts for fanservice in this fic :P. Even so, it's the only complaint I have about this chapter, and it's a minor one at best. Looking forward to seeing more! Some excellent, small worldbuilding :).
A very well written story with lots of buildup and character development. That said with all this buildup I'm starting to expect the other shoe to drop soon. Have been since last chapter.
However with how things have been going thus far, this story is starting to feel more like a power trip fantasy type of story. Nothing wrong with that either if that's the direction your going for. I've come across more than a few good Power Fantasy stories. For instance, an anime called "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime" is a really good one that I'd certainly recommend watching.
Either way I can't wait to read more.

To be fair, her canon job is making clothes. I actually find it bizarre that pony Rarity spends most of her time naked, to the point where I applaud the finale for changing that nearly as much as I do for the blatant Fluttercord.
