In a world where nopony is normal, three fillies dubbed the Cutie Mark Crusaders exist. Across the multiverse, all the Crusaders have the same personalities almost all the time, Apple Bloom is humble, Scootaloo is daring and Sweetie Belle is cute and innocent.
Not here.
Here, Apple Bloom is a razor teethed, grouchy earth pony filly.
Scootaloo is an acid bleeding, jittery pegasus filly.
And Sweetie Belle is a shadow morphing, mischevious unicorn filly.
But don't worry; they're as normal as everypony else.

The characters seem good, they are different but don't seem to be so different that it really changes their personalities (I think that now at least).
Your good at dialogue, something i'm not so good at. I write very descriptively but when it comes to people (or ponys) I don't know what to make them say.
I think it would be cool if we could work on each others fanfics. Your definitely doing better then I am (non of my fanfics work because halfway through I write myself into a corner with insane nonsense.) but maybe I can generate weird ideas for you.

I think the flying spaghetti monster would be a cool character to have in your story, and their could be the flying spaghetti monster church. They could go around kidnapping kids off the street to grind into a red blood paste to make red sauce for their spaghetti god. The only way to stop the church of the flying spaghetti monster is to slay the flying spaghetti monster with a magical sword made out of the heart of the sun, to get the sword they must travel to the land Granggiswald and slay a sexy demon snake man in a glowing unitard. when the sexy demon snake man is defeated his unitard will transform into a powerful god slaying sword.
and evil bone spiders powered by the refreshing power of pepsi somewhere in that whole thing (Am I ever going to do anything with my ideas?).
It's okay if you don't do any of that, ill do that at some point instead then.
